P          S4 Work Experience

All S4 students who are planning to leave school at the end of S4 (or are considering leaving at the end of S4) should have returned their work experience agreement form to Miss Lee.  If you still need to do this, please bring your agreement form on the first day back after the October break.  Letters explaining how to arrange a work placement have been issued – please return your reply slip to the school office as soon as possible so that we can help you to arrange a suitable placement.  Work experience is an important part of a young person’s career education as it provides a valuable insight into the world of work, helps to build confidence and allows students to develop new skills.  Students will also have the opportunity to work towards an SQA recognised qualification in Work Experience.  If you have any questions about Work experience, please speak to Miss Lee, Miss Iqbal, Mrs Robison or Miss Young.
